To find out the cost of your stay in our villa please EMAIL US with the number of guests, length of stay and preferred arrival date.

A final cleaning charge of US$ 125 or GB£ 70 and a security deposit of 10% (minimum US$ 300 / GB£ 170) will be added to the final balance. The security deposit will be refunded after our villa management company has inspected the villa and confirmed that everything is OK.

At certain times of the year pool heating may be necessary. The cost of this is US$ 100 / GB£ 60 per week.

All rates include linen with the exception of beach/pool towels.

A 30% deposit is required on booking with the balance payable 8 weeks before arrival.

Please note that Villa Tropicana is strictly “NO SMOKING” AND “PETS by arrangement”.
